Bubbles, remotes & spaghetti!

Mommy blew some bubbles after one of our evening walks.  So much fun!

I love this remote that Grandma & Grandpa got me.

I love pushing all the buttons!

 Mmm...spaghetti!

School daze...

This is at school.  We always have a breakfast snack upon drop-off.  I love me a good NutriGrain bar.

 Mmm...waffles.

This is pretty much how I look after school when Mommy picks me up.

And this is how I look by the time we get home!

And it's no wonder!  They keep us busy in the Toddler Room!

One Year Check-up

I'm a big girl now, I get to play with the train set at the doctor's office!  I am 23lbs and 30 inches tall!  I'm quite high on the charts when it comes to my head circumference and weight and quite normal for height.  I am eating all kinds of table foods - some more successfully than others - including, get this...salad!  Crazy, I know.  My favorite food by far are mandarin oranges, I could totally eat the whole can (or two), if they'd let me.  I also love yogurt melts too - I know exactly what the package looks like and I get so excited when I see it!  I also love cheese.  Mainly American and String Cheese - I can sure put away some cheese.  Mom says I have her sweet tooth, she is probably right, I did enjoy my birthday cake and ice cream and I love when we have frozen yogurt at school!

As much as I love Pink Kitty, the doctor says we can take a break from her until the colder weather sets in and my breathing gets wheezy again.  I'm kind of glad because I have not tolerated the breathing treatments much lately.  I got 4 shots yesterday at my one year well visit that included 3 I hadn't had before.  I haven't been super happy today after that experience, so hopefully after a good night's rest I'll be back to normal tomorrow, charming all the people at church.  Good night!

Post One Year

Man, like my worst hair ever & here Mom is, taking my picture at 6am.  And I'm hungry.  Hrmph...

With the Birthday Mommy for dinner!

 Again, not so flattering, Mom.

More miscellaneous...

 I am one contemplative baby...

I got this cool Fisher Price Little People Farm for my birthday from Mom & Dad.  I'm still not too sure about the animal sounds though...

If I have to have my picture made one more time...

Random Party Pictures

Mommy & Daddy think this is *THE* party picture.  I must say, besides the cake in my hair & on my face, it's not bad!

 Post cake bath.

I think this poor duck has had it.

We found these little ducks hiding in my farm after the party.

 I love my giant duck!

Cake AND ice cream for the first time?!  Yes please!

This is Nae-Nae, my babysitter.  She works with my Mommy.  She's super nice.

 My birthday outfit.  Quack!

 I love looking at pictures!

 Dinner-time cheese!

Grandma was super helpful with party prep.

 Ducky cookies!

Grandpa helped too, by washing ALL of the duckies of various sizes.

It's a Ducky Birthday Party! (Part 2)

 I'm ready for my cake!

Hmm...I'm not so sure about this.

 Mmmm...cake is good!

Playing with my food is fun!

 Seriously...cake is GOOD!

It's a Ducky Birthday Party! (Part 1)

Mommy worked really hard to make me an awesome ducky cake.

Grandma made these cute ducky sandwiches!

Look at that giant rubber ducky in the middle of the table - how cool is that?!

I will never accept a plain birthday cake after this!  Mom set the bar pretty high!

 This was my smash cake.

 There were rubber duckies everywhere.

 See?

Even borrowed this cool bathtub from a friend to use for our cooler!

Yellow & orange jelly beans to take home.
