Snowpocalypse 2016 activities

So yeah, Mom & I bake when it's snowing outside.  I requested brownies.  (Mom says it was just because I wanted to eat M&Ms.)  :)

I'm a very good mommy to my Baby Eli.

While we got out briefly on Saturday to go to Kroger (that was a crazy thought - it was so very icy!), things were much better by Sunday evening so we went to Las Palmas for dinner.  Chips & salsa anyone?

Snowpocalypse 2016!

So, it snowed last Friday.

Yeah, yeah...just wait.  It's just getting started.

Whoa.  This is what I woke up to.  (Note I have Olaf under my arm.) 

About 5.5 inches total!  Mom said some areas of Nashville got 8 inches!

When Daddy got home from work (yes, the Pittsburgh native went to work in all this), we went back outside to build a snowman.  Daddy had to help quite a bit because the snow wasn't sticking together, but we did it!

Books, Bobo & the Steelers

We finally found this missing box of my books after the move, 6 months later!  (They were in with the Christmas stuff!)  I like to "stop by the book fair" each night & select some new titles to read.  :)

I've gotta Bobo on my head, doo-dah, doo-dah...

Bobo got a new sweet ride the other night!  We went to a cool burger place & they served my kids meal in this awesome ORANGE paper car!

Steelers playoff game last Sunday.  But alas...

...all my cuteness, pink boot-ness...

...and Terrible Towel waving did not help them.  Season over.  Until next year.

Zoo and Steelers

I made these squares at school the other day & was so proud, I wanted the teacher to take my picture!

Weather wasn't too bad on Saturday, so we bundled up & went to the zoo!

We all rode the carousel - with no one else on it!

Visited the kangaroos.  Yep, I went in on my own, until one hopped dangerously close (as in 10 feet away) & then Mommy carried me through the rest of the exhibit.  Yep, Mom was this close to all these kangaroos.  We even saw a couple of mama kangaroos with Joeys in their pouches!

This is my new Steelers "guy" that Gwamma & Dadpa got me for Christmas.  I had fun playing with him Saturday night waiting for the playoff game to start.

And - the Steelers won...a totally crazy game, WAY after both Mommy & I went to bed.  Daddy was exhausted, but happy with the outcome.  :)

Here's to 2016...

Aunt Mary C & Uncle Mike sent me this AWESOME "twirly" dress for Christmas.  I love it.

Now, if I can just convince Mom & Dad to put me in dance class, I'd be set!

Mom declared on New Year's Eve that Bobo was "stinky" & needed a bath first thing in the morning.  So, off he went into the washing machine.
